Price

• All prices shown is quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) 

Orders

• Once your orders has been placed, we will confirm your orders within 24 hours via email and sms. However, if you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to call or SMS us.
• Orders that are placed & paid cannot be canceled, however, we are able to arrange for exchange. Please read through our exchange policy below.

• For international orders, please send us an email to inquire about the cost of shipping. It shall be bear by buyer.
  
• For Singapore orders, we will provide you with a Singapore bank account for easy payment.

Shipping Delivery

• Shipping will be completed within 24 hours upon the confirmation of the payment receipt for normal working days.
• For orders which payment is made before 12 AM will be send on the next day.
• I'll do my very best to send the parcel out on the same day via Pos Laju because I know that you are waiting to receive the diapers too :)
• For the normal delivery packages (less than 2kg) - Pos Laju will be used
  
• For heavier packages (above 2kg) - Kangaroo Express will be used
  
• There will be no shipment on Saturday. Orders placed on Friday, Sat and Sunday will send on the next working day.
  
• For Penang customer: Self Pick Up and COD appointments can be arranged by appointment (depending on availability as well)
• For West Malaysia orders, we only charge RM6.00 for any orders and combined shipping using Pos Laju. The delivery time is usually 1 for major cities and 2-3 days for outskirts. If the item is more than 1 kg, there will be an additional RM 1 per kg.
• For East Malaysia orders, a flat rate of RM10.00 will be charged for all orders and combined shipping using Pos Malaysia or Post Laju courier services. The delivery time is usually 1-3 days to Sarawak & Sabah. If the item is more than 1 kg, there will be an additional RM 5 per additional kg.
• For Diaper packages, you will be entitled for FREE SHIPPING for the package which weights within 1 kg.

• For Pos Express tracking link: www.pos.com.my. Select Track & Trace > Select Pos Express. 

Payment

Cash On Delivery (COD)

• For the convenience of all Penang buyers, we are happy to arrange for self pick-up for or cash on delivery for Penang and mainland customers by appointment only.

Exchange Policy

• We allow for exchange of your products for the purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Items to be send back to us with their original packaging.
• Discount & special price items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges.
• Customer will be responsible to bare the shipping cost for the exchange items.
• Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable
• For replacement items of lower value, the excess of return will be hold as credit and used for future purchases.
• For replacement of higher value, customers will pay for the extra value.
• Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit using pos laju shipment.

• You may purchase the Gift Certificates for your friends so that they can shop for anything they would prefer.
