Orders
Once your orders has been placed, we will confirm your orders within 24 hours via email and sms. However, if you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to call or SMS us.
Orders that are placed & paid cannot be cancelled, however, we are able to arrange for exchange. Please read through our exchange policy below.
Shipping Delivery
Shipping will be completed within 48 hours upon the confirmation of the payment receipt.

For Penang customer: Self Pick Up and COD appointments can be arranged at any part of Penang island including major locations such as Queensbay Mall and Gurney Plaza.
For West Malaysia orders, we only charge RM6.00 for any orders and combined shipping using Post Laju courier service & local courier services. The delivery time is usually 1-3 days. If the item is more than 3kg, there will be an additional RM 1 per kg.
For East Malaysia orders, a flat rate of RM9.00 will be charged for all orders and combined shipping using Post Laju courier services. The delivery time is usually 1-3 days to Sarawak & Sabah. The delivery time is usually 1-3 days. If the item is more than 3kg, there will be an additional RM 5 per kg.
If you wish to save on shipping, we are happy to arrange for registered post as it is much cheaper than Post Laju & local courier services but takes up to 5 days on delivery time. Please email us if you would like to use the cheapest shipping cost. The delivery time will take longer for registered post.
For Diaper packages, you will be entitled for FREESHIPPING for the package which weights within 3kg.
Note: Spectra products does not only applicable for COD only.

Exchange Policy
We allow for exchange of your products as long as the products are not washed and price tag not removed.
Items to be send back to us with their original packaging.
Discount & special price items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges.
Customer will be responsible to bare the shipping cost for the exchange items.
Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable
For replacement items of lower value, the excess of return will be hold as credit and used for future purchases.
For replacement of higher value, customers will pay for the extra value.
Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and using the normal register post (post laju or registered post)
