GAD One Size Hemp inserts are 5 x 11 inches with a 4 inch flap.

They are sewn with an open loop design to give 4 overall layers and 8 in the wet zone if you have it folded to the small setting.

GAD One Size Hemp inserts are made with 55% naturally grown hemp and 45% organic cotton French Terry.

Our Hemp inserts are made in the USA by WAHMs with environmentally friendly Hemp and Organic Cotton.

They are sewn in a loop for fast drying and better cleaning.

If you have a baby boy in the small setting you can put the flaps to the front and for a baby girl if she is a middle wetter, you can put the flaps in the middle. (picture above)
For the large setting simply keep insert unfolded. If your folding the insert for the small setting it's best to flip the flaps to the inside of the loop, they stay put this way. (picture above)
